Job Responsibilities:
Receptionist:
- Handle incoming calls and transfer line to
the right person.
- Handle daily documentation send by courier
such as filling of consignment note and pick-up arrangement.
- Acknowledge receive and distribute incoming
document via courier service to the consignee and filling.
- Arrange sundries Cheque to be collected by
supplier.
- Distribute incoming and outgoing fax
document, letters to other respective departments.
- Collect letters from mailbox and distribute
on the same day.
Common Admin:
- Prepare stationary and sundry requisition
form and issue purchase order to suppliers.
- Check sundry invoices against delivery
orders received for sundry, stationary, printed material and etc.
- Perform monthly stationary and sundry stock
counts and record into the summary report.
- Update office maintenance record and
schedule in the system.
- Monitor usage of tissues by update it for
stock replenishment and check re-fill item in the dispenser on each day and
inform Corporate Admin Executive.
- Prepare workstation, uniform and stationary
for new staff.
- Prepare Monthly Report for DIGI, Shell Card,
Touch N Go and photocopier machine for internal business unit.
- Check billing and Cost Centre for DIGI,
Shell card and etc.
- Ensure proper filling of administration
document.
- Liaise with supplier for delivery of stationary,
sundries and printed materials.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by
immediate superior or any other person assigned by the Management.
