Job Responsibilities:Prepare operational and financial reports.Assist in ensuring the financial policies and procedures are adhered to and to maintain an effective internal control.Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.Participating in continuous improvement initiatives within the Finance process area.Tagging and physical inspection of fixed assets.Work with key personnel on stock take to ensure stock take is carried out appropriately.Control expenses by highlighting the expenses that exceeded the budget to the store and management.Manage consignment payment and liaise with respective personnel.To prepare & coordinate annual Budget and quarterly, half-yearly rolling forecast.To perform other tasks as assigned from time to time by the superiors.
Job Requirements:Education & Experiences:Accountancy qualification.2 – 3 years’ experience.Computer literate – knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.Key Competencies:Knowledge and skills.Drive for results.Independence – works with minimal supervision.Organizing effectiveness.Problem identification and solving.Oral and written communications.Flexibility.Learning orientation.
