Job Responsibilities: • To perform instructions from Backroom Supervisor to tag barcodes on items when necessary. • To assist Supervisor/Store Manager in organizing proper storage of stocks in department for easy retrieval. • To be responsible for maintain good housekeeping of backroom at the end of each day and ensure that stocks are stored safely in the racking. • To take timely and positive action in handling return stocks, inter-store transfers and damaged/expired stocks. • To ensure purchasing process run smoothly in terms of purchase order must issue before stock delivery including (inter-store transfer) and to inform respective department to create new purchase order should there is error arise. • To check and ensure invoices/delivery orders have been recorded in the daily receiving form, pass the form to Inventory Assistant after verifying Goods Receiving Advice (GRA) for filling purpose and ensure no delivery order/invoice/inter-store transfer is pending. • To compile Goods Receiving Advice (GRA) & Goods Receiving Note (GRN) listing to Support Office Finance Department on daily basis, update GRA & GRN listing should there is error done by Inventory Assistant, email updated list to Sales Support Finance Department and verify DA/DSA issued by Inventory Assistant. Others adhoc job as assigned.
Job Requirements Education & Experiences STPM and above or equivalent. Credit in Maths and English. Experience as Supervisor Level in Receiving or Inventory minimum 2 years. Key Competencies Computer literate. Able to lead and delegate task. Good communication skills. Confident in Receiving Department. Work under pressures.
