Assistant, Human Resource - Payroll

Job Responsibilities :

1. Schedule & Plan OT

· All stores to submit on 16th of every month

· To compile & upload for all stores on 20th of every month

2. Leave & Claim form

· To submit based on supporting document ie, medical certificate, medical receipt & etc.

3. Employee profile

· To create employee profile in system

4. Staff registration

· To register finger print for new joiner on the 1st day

· To delete finger print on their last working day

5. Issuing Letter of Confirmation, Extension of Probationary Period, Acceptance of resignation & etc.

6. Preparing monthly report

Job Requirements
Preferably fresh graduate
Good command in English & Bahasa
Basic Mandarin will be an added advantage
Work Long hours according to Retail needs
